Terms and Conditions
(a) Booking fees:
(i) A session fee of $200 applies to all portrait sessions. This fee is non-refundable once session has been completed and is included in package prices. Specific circumstances and illness will be considered.
A deposit of $500 or 50% is applicable for weddings. This fee is non-refundable but is transferable upon agreement with the photographer.
(b) Finalising payment:
- Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to a wedding unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
- Full payment is due 2 days prior for all other photography sessions.
- All copyright will be transferred to Veronica Molina Photography. Watermarked/resized images can be provided for up-loading to online social networks.
- Images will be used for promotional and advertising purposes for Veronica Molina Photography where consent has been granted.
- You may not edit or alter any images or misrepresent the photographer's work in any way.
Further terms and conditions are applicable as listed in individual contracts between parties.
